Lab Executive Team

Students of the BYU Masters of Public Administration program can apply to work for PANEL during their time in graduate school. These students have interests reaching every corner of public service, from local and federal government to nonprofit management, healthcare administration, international development, higher education, and more. Whatever their focus, PANEL gives these students the opportunity to research ethical climate and the ethical issues facing public and nonprofit organizations today.
